“the Establishment”, “we” or “us” means Excellence Leadership Commercial Establishment. “the Site” means the website published at www.excellenceleadership.net and all of its pages. “the User” or “you” means any person who visits the Site or uses any of its services.

“the Services” means the consulting, digital solutions, applications, training programs and knowledge content provided by the Establishment, whether through the Site or otherwise.

By accessing or using the Site you expressly agree to these Terms and to the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the Site.

You must have full legal capacity to contract under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to request any of our services.

Content published on the Site is introductory and general in nature. It does not constitute binding professional advice or a contractual offer. A contractual relationship arises only under a written engagement or work order approved by both parties, setting out scope, duration and fees.

The Establishment reserves the right to modify, suspend or replace its services in whole or in part at any time.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Attempting to breach the Site, its systems, or circumvent its security measures.
• Using automated tools to harvest data or place unusual load on the servers.
• Publishing or transmitting content that violates the law, public decency or third-party rights.
• Impersonating the Establishment or its personnel, or implying a relationship that does not exist.
• Republishing Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

All elements published on the Site — including the logo, trademark, trade name, text, designs, graphics, software and content arrangement — are owned by or licensed to the Establishment and are protected under copyright and trademark law.

None of these elements may be copied, modified, distributed or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. Limited quotation for non-commercial purposes is permitted provided the source is clearly attributed.

When you submit data, files or ideas through the contact form or by email, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and grant the Establishment a non-exclusive licence to use them to the extent necessary to respond to you or deliver the requested service.

The Establishment accepts no responsibility for unsolicited ideas sent to it and is under no obligation to keep them confidential unless a signed non-disclosure agreement is in place.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only; the Establishment bears no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is error-free, nor that the Site will operate without interruption or be free of viruses.

To the extent permitted by law, the Establishment shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

In all cases, the Establishment's total liability to a client shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the service in dispute.

You agree to indemnify and defend the Establishment against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights.

The Establishment may update these Terms at any time; the revised date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, after amicable settlement efforts have been exhausted.
